If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Aakhri Khel Private Limited ("Endgame", "we", "us", or "our").
Endgame is operated by Aakhri Khel Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India. These Terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
By accessing or using Endgame, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines. These terms apply to all users of the Platform including visitors, registered users, and premium members.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a periodic basis. By subscribing, you authorise Endgame to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Endgame may offer virtual items or features (such as boosts or highlights) that can be purchased within the Platform. These virtual items:
All content, features, and functionality on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the overall design — are the exclusive property of Aakhri Khel Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You are solely responsible for any content you submit to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant Endgame a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute such content within the Platform.
You agree not to post content that is:
If you believe content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at [email protected] with a detailed description of the alleged infringement. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
The Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services (e.g. payment gateways, KYC providers). Endgame is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such third-party services. Your interactions with them are governed by their own terms and policies.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Endgame, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Endgame does not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content on the Platform.
Endgame does not guarantee that you will find a match or partner through the Platform. Success depends on many factors beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Endgame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Endgame in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India. The seat of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, India. The proceedings shall be conducted in English.
This clause does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a competent court.
