Child Safety Standards Policy

Last updated: 10 Sep 2026

Endgame is a date-to-marry platform for adults. It is not designed for, directed at, or available to anyone under 18. This policy explains how we keep minors off the platform and how we handle any attempt to use Endgame to harm a child. It reflects our obligations under Google Play's Child Safety Standards, the POCSO Act, 2012, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021.

1. Age requirements

Registration is limited to users aged 18 and above. Users confirm their date of birth during onboarding.

2. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This covers child sexual abuse material, sexualised depictions of minors, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and any attempt to reach a child through our platform.

All profile photos and content are reviewed before publication, using a combination of automated detection and human moderation. Reported users and content go to our moderation team.

Accounts involved in CSAE are terminated without warning. We block the associated device and contact details from re-registering, and preserve the material and account records for investigation.

3. Prohibited conduct

Users must never:

Any breach means permanent removal and, where applicable, a report to law enforcement.

4. Reporting and cooperation with authorities

Every profile and conversation has block and report options. Child safety reports are escalated immediately rather than queued.
